Polivec EGS Activity Manager
A large percentage of organizational governance and compliance involves manual activities performed by employees. Though often completed as designed, these activities are largely untracked making it difficult to prove compliance. A more critical scenario involves those activities that are not being performed, typically not becoming known until a serious issue occurs.
While many vendors have provided solutions to address the measurement of automated compliance, the area of manual tasks and activities has been largely ignored. This is the purpose of the EGS Activity Manager module.
The Activity Manager module gives compliance officers, line managers and policy owners a way to schedule, track, and manage the myriad of manual activities that must be performed each day.
- Create reoccurring or one-time tasks
- Assign tasks to users based on their role in the organization
- Alert managers when tasks are not completed on time
- Collect comments and files related to task completion
- Map the tasks to specific policy and regulatory requirements
- Integrated Incident Management identifies non-compliant tasks and assists in the remediation process
- Distribute tasks to employees via the Employee Resource Center portal
Activity Manager is fully integrated with the EGS Reporting, Dashboard, Incident and Risk Management components giving compliance officers full access to real-time and historical information.
